Hi, I am Micheal Carraway.
Hi, i’m a Photographer & Videographer based in Socal California. My name is Micheal Carraway-chew I was born and raised in longview, Texas. As a little kid I would always run around with a big camera recording everything from my little perspective, I never knew how much I was into Photography and Videography at that point in time. Growing up I would watch YouTube a lot, so much that I actually looked up to so many creators I wanted to become one. As a sophomore in high school I would always go out with friends and drive hrs out of town just to take photos for fun. I was the quiet kid that sat in the back of class, but when it came to being in front or behind a camera I became a super energetic person with a passion. That whole time I would've never thought of me pursuing Photography professionally never crossed my mind, until I graduated and decided to take a big leap and move to California at the age of 17, once I moved to California I saved up enough money to finally buy my first camera a (canon t8i) I instantly fell in love with it. I began to teach myself everything I could about Photography once I learned all the basics I began upgrading my gear to something more Professional. I started using my car as practice for my photography as well as doing YouTube since I was a big car person. I began doing car Photography of my friends cars since that was the only thing I had a passion about in the beginning; YouTube played a big part in my video work so I began Vlogging and started to do more and more Photography and videography. Once I got pretty comfortable with car Photography I started to experiment with doing portraits, I knew immediately after I did my first practice shoot this is what I wanted to do full time. Doing portraits, as well as car Photography has taught me so much, I'm pursuing my dreams till this day doing what I love to do hoping one day I can turn this passion into my full time job.
